When I first heard that I could use my body weight to massage the thousands of nerve endings in the bottom (soles) of my feet to reach all body parts and organs, I said “Where can I get some?”.
I found these “massage insoles” and love being able to pamper and heal myself as I stand, walk and even shower (I put a pair on the floor of the shower!).
Not that my health is motivated by money but they were less than $10 each (better price when you purchase more).
So I say treat yourself and loved ones this holiday with a pair or three!
